The carbon you see on a bike or a race car does not come out of a printer: it is laminated. Weave, resin, mould and patience. That is how we do it here, part by part.

The process

From the roll of cloth to your part

Choosing the weave

Twill on show, plain weave or unidirectional reinforcement: it depends on what the part has to take and how it has to look.

Laying it in the mould

Layer by layer, each one oriented in the direction the part will work in. This is where its strength is decided.

Wetting out and curing

The resin bonds the layers; vacuum compacts them and pulls the air out. Then it cures, with its own time and temperature.

Trimming and finishing

CNC-cut to the exact shape and finished by hand. The part leaves here ready to fit.

The result

Real weave, properly cured resin and a clean cut. Laminated carbon gives the highest stiffness per gram a workshop can make — and it looks the way it looks.
