Technology

Carbon DLS, QDP and CarboXtrem.

Behind every part there is a technology and a story. These are the three that let a workshop in Spain make what we make.

Lattice printed with Carbon DLS technology
Carbon

The printing that programmed the material

Carbon prints with light and oxygen onto programmable resins — the technology behind the adidas 4D midsoles. Lattices are its strong suit: structures that cushion like a foam, but designed point by point for your weight and your use. It is what the elbow rests on our armrests are made of.

From prototype to production, in Europe

QDP, in Duiven (the Netherlands), is who prints our parts with Carbon DLS technology. And when a part moves on from a short run to real production, they are injection moulding specialists: product development, mould and production under one roof. Award-winning design and certified quality — and for you, the same contact as always: us.

CarboXtrem

Where this workshop came from

PrintXtrem exists because CarboXtrem came first: carbon fibre armrests for triathlon and time trial, designed and made here, racing every weekend across Spain. That demand — parts that hold up under a body pushing for hours — is the yardstick for everything that leaves this workshop.
